The significant decision to entre WTO reveals our party's broad, lofty, strategic and international point of view and great courage in politics. It provides the leaders with new stage on which to take part in international competition. At the same time, it puts forward a new demand to the leaders' strategic thoughts and ideology. This is the call and summons of the era and it is the historic mission of the leaders who perform in the new century.
