摘要
阐述质量管理体系出现并迅速发展的原因;分析我国图书馆管理的现状及未来;提出应从发展的角度论证我国图书馆应否建立质量管理体系。
The paper expounds the cause of emergence and development of the quality management systems, analyses the status quo and future of library management in China and proposes that libraries in China should set up quality management systems in the view of development.
