摘要
论述了管理创新的内涵,从理论与实际上立足于我国房地产企业的发展现状,提出了发展我国房地产企业的对策以及推动我国房地产企业管理创新的对策。分析认为,必须把国家房地产政策管理创新和房地产企业管理创新有机结合,并从管理思想创新、管理模式和方法创新、管理制度创新三个方面着手,才能有效提高我国房地产业的整体水平。
The conotion of management innovation is discussed. From integration theory with practice and based on present situation of Chinese real estate enterprise development, countermeasures of promoting management innovation in Chinese real estate enterprises are put forward. It is pointed out that management innovation of national real estate policies should be combined with management innovation of real estate enterprises. The whole level of real estate management will be improved efficiently only if we start with the following three points: innovation of management thinking, innovation of management models and ways and innovation of management system.
