摘要
管理创新是国家创新体系的一个组成部分,管理集成创新是管理创新的一种重要模式。本文系统地论述了管理创新的重大作用和意义,集成和管理集成的概念、类型和特征。在此基础上对管理集成创新模式进行了探讨,论述了它不同于管理非集成创新模式的特征,划分了管理集成创新的类型,提出了两种实现管理集成创新的技术路线。
The management innovation is a part of the innovation system of our country and the integrated innovation of management is the important mode of the management innovationThis paper systematically discussed the function and significance of management innovation and the concept,type and characteristics of the integration and the management integrationBase on these this paper also discussed the mode of the integrated innovation of management, described its characteristics that differ from those of the mode of nonintegrated innovation of management, classified its types and put forward two technical ways of realizing it
