摘要
管理创新是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。研究20世纪的管理创新,揭示其发展趋势和特征,对于提高我国管理水平,加快社会主义现代化建设,具有重大现实意义。论述了管理创新的作用和内涵,回顾了20世纪企业管理的若干领域(企业制度、管理组织、战略管理、生产管理、质量管理、劳动人事管理)的管理创新,并从总体上分析了管理创新的特点及启示。
Management innovation is the important component of the innovation system in China. It is of realistic significance to research management innovation in the twentieth century and disclose the tendency of its development and features in order to improve the management level and accelerate the steps of socialist modernization. This paper discusses the impact and meaning of management innovation, reviews some fields in enterprise management(enterprise institution, management organization, strategic management, production management, quality management, human resource management). The features of management innovation are revealed.
