摘要
随着土地、金融等系列宏观调控政策的影响,房地产企业要在今后激烈的市场竞争中取得竞争优势并持久生存,必须构建核心竞争力,而其核心竞争力又与其管理水平密切相关。适应我国现阶段房地产企业管理方式改进和创新的要求,引入项目化管理技术,实行项目化管理应该是一种低成本的管理技术或管理模式变革,可以作为房地产企业现有管理手段的有益补充,并成为快速提升其核心竞争力的重要手段。
