摘要
研究了采用化学镀方法制备镍磷包覆氧化锌复合粉体的工艺,获得复合粉体表面合金磷含量为7.2%(wt)的微晶镍磷合金层。
In this paper , the process of electroless plating Ni-P alloy coated ZnO powder was studied . The Ni-P alloy coated on ZnO powders contains 7.2wt% phosphor and its structure is crystallite.
