摘要
采用正交试验优选出一种脉冲化学镀工艺。通过试验比较了脉冲化学镀与化学镀的各项性能。结果表明:采用脉冲化学镀,镀层在沉积速度、磷含量、耐蚀性、硬度、耐磨性及热稳定性等方面都得到了提高。
A technique of pulsed electroless nickel-phosphorus plating was optimized by orthogonal test and properties of the obtained deposits were studied. The results show that electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits are improved in deposition rate, phosphorus content, corrosion resistance, hardness, wearability and thermal stability by applying an imposed current.
