摘要
本文主要研究碳原子数不同的脂肪酸二环己胺盐及十二烷胺盐在中性水及10%盐酸溶液中的缓蚀效果。研究结果表明,十个碳的二环已胺在中性水中具有最好的缓蚀效果。已酸、辛酸及癸酸十二烷胺等是盐酸溶液中钢铁的优良缓蚀剂。此外并对上述缓蚀剂结构对钢铁缓蚀效果的影响进行理论阐述。
This paper introduces the inhibiting effect of dicyclohexyl ammonium aliphates and dodecyl ammonium aliphates which contain different carbons in neutral water and 10% hydrochloric acid. Results show that clicyclohexyl ammonium decanoate has the best inhibiting effect in neutral water and dicyclohexyl ammonium hexylate, dicyclohexyl ammonium octoate and dicyclohyxyl ammonium decanoate are good inhibitors of iron and steel in hydrochloric acid. The influence of inhibitor structure on inhibiting effect of iron and steel is also expounded in this paper.
