摘要
采用化学镀对粉体进行表面改性具有施镀对象无选择性,均镀能力强,成本低的优点。本文简要总结了粉体化学镀的一般特点及工艺参数对镀液稳定性、镀层沉积速度、镀层结构的影响,并对粉体化学镀在制备各类新材料中的应用作了简要概述,提出了粉体化学镀技术的发展方向。
The electrolcss plating was a low cost process for surface modification on all kinds of particles with that a homogeneous plating layer can be easily obtained.The general characteristics of the process were concluded.The effects of the process parameters on the stability of the plating solution,depoosition speed of the coating and the structure of the plating layer were analyzed.The applications of the electroless plating of powders on the preparation of some kinds of new materials were summarized,the development trend of the technology of electroless plating on powders was also put forward.
