摘要
采用气相色谱分析技术对代表性产地的 13批花椒水蒸气蒸馏 -乙醚萃取物进行了比较 ,建立了花椒水蒸气蒸馏 -乙醚萃取物化学成分的指纹图谱 ,在本文采用的条件下 ,花椒图谱具有较好的特征性 。
The volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. samples from thirteen different places were extracted by steam distillation and ether extraction.The volatile oil was analyzed by GC identically.The GC fingerprint of the volatile oil was set up.
