摘要
采用气相色谱分析技术,建立了检测番茄中百菌清、腐霉利、硫丹、联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯共10种菊酯类农药残留的方法。结果表明院10种菊酯类农药在16 min内均能良好分离,线性良好,相关系数不低于0.995,添加回收率在86.5%~106.8%之间,相对标准偏差为4.8%~11.6%,方法检出限为0.0002-0.002 0 mg/kg。该方法快速方便、精确度好、灵敏度高,能够满足残留分析的要求。
A analysis method for determining 10 kinds of pyrethroid pesticides residues,including cholrothalonil,procymidone,endosulfan, bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, eyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate, deltamethrin in tomato by gas chromatograph was established. The results showed that the ten pyrethroid pesticides could be well separated within 16 min,the calibration curves were in good linearity with correlation coefficients not less than 0.995. The recovery range was 86.5%- 106.8% with relative standard deviations of 4.8% -11.6%, the detection limit was 0.0002-0.002 0 mg/kg. This method was quick, simple,accurate and sensitive,and it could fit for the requirements of residue analysis.
