微波-同时蒸馏萃取花椒挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:11

摘要 采用微波-同时蒸馏萃取刺异叶花椒,GC-MS鉴定其挥发性组分,共分离出95种成分,鉴定57种化学成分,其峰面积相对百分含量占挥发油总量的百分数为91.39%,主要为挥发性萜烯化合物及其衍生物等。除含有δ-3-蒈烯(18.54%)、柠檬烯(11.99%)、α-侧柏烯(5.98%)等外,抗癌活性组分β-榄香烯也较高,达2.65%,具有深入开发利用前景。 The qualitative and quantitive determination of chemical components of ex-traction of the Zan-thoxylum ovalifolium var. spinifolium (Rehd. et. Wils) Huang with Microwave and simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction (SDE) are carried out by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry-computer. About 95 compounds were separated from the extraction, among them 37 compounds have been identified. These compounds account for 91. 39% of total volatile oils. In those constituents,δ-3-Carene accounts for 18.54% ,Limonene accounts for 15.26%. β-Elemene,a anticancer compound, worthy of exploiting, accounts for 2.65%.
