摘要
目的 探讨多发性脑膜瘤治疗方法的选择,为临床治疗多发性脑膜瘤提供参考意见。方法 1992年至2002年末收治多发性脑膜瘤14例,根据病人的临床表现,肿瘤的大小和位置,采取手术和/或伽玛刀的治疗。结果 14例随访1年至8年,全部存活。12例临床症状明显改善,手术切除的肿瘤未发现复发,伽玛刀治疗的肿瘤未发现增大。结论 多发性脑膜瘤临床少见,治疗以手术为主,结合伽玛刀治疗,是目前较好的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the selection of therapies for multiple meningiomas. Methods 14 patients with multiple meningioma admitted to our hospital from 1992 to 2002 were treated by surgical operation and/or Gamma Knife which was decided by clinical presentations, tumor size and localization. Results All the patients survived and was followed up from 1 year to 8 years. Clinical presentations were ameliorated in 12 cases, no recurrence was found in the cases with surgical operations and no growth was found in the cases with Gamma Knife operation. Conclusion Multiple meningioma is seldom seen in clinical practice. In its treatment, the most effective therapy is surgery combined with Gamma Knife treatment.
