摘要
1987年至1992年间,我们手术治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期(按1976年我国阳泉会议所定)食管癌和贲门癌130例。随访至1994年末,本组病例的2年、5年生存率分别为33.3%和3.4%。现就手术适应证、手术要点及对严重并发症的防治等问题进行讨论。
One hundred and thirty patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer were treated surgically in our department from 1987 to 1992.At the end of 1994,the actual 2-,5-year survival rates were 33.3% and 3.4% respectively.The indication and the Critical points of opera- tion in this group,as Well as the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications are discussed in thispaper.
