手术治疗颅内多发脑膜瘤1例报道及文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨颅内多发脑膜瘤的发病机制、临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析1例经手术治疗的颅内多发脑膜瘤患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行分析。颅内多发脑膜瘤患者主要表现为间歇性头痛并左眼视力模糊;头颅MRI示颅内多发类圆形异常信号,最大者约4.8cm×3.6cm×3.4cm。结果颅内发多脑膜瘤经手术全切除。术后病理学检查示纤维性脑膜瘤;术后随访3月,患者神志淡漠,言语不清,右侧肢体肌力Ⅲ级,大小便失禁。结论颅内多发脑膜瘤治疗方案应该个体化,根据患者的身体状况、脑膜瘤的数量、大小、部位等多方面的因素综合决定是否一期全切除肿瘤。
