复方樟柳碱治疗快中子辐射性视网膜损伤——ROG、ERG、及FFA变化实验研究 被引量:18

Effects of Anisodine Compound on Radiated Retinopathy of Fast Neutron-the Changes of ROG ERG and FFA

摘要 氧自由基能使组织和器官产生与缺血相似的后果。对于组织和器官的缺血可用器官血流图检查。眼脉络膜缺血可用眼血流图,即眼电阻抗图来检查。0.0125GY 快中子(Am-Be 中子源)照射后对眼血液动力学有无影响。对视网膜电生理有无变化,我们进行了照前、照后各时间点的ROG、ERG 及FFA 等实验研究。 Fast neutron single dose 0.0125 GY was given to rabbits eyes and whole bodies.Nochanges in amplitude of rheooculography(ROG),in the durat ion of experiment in both su-peroxide dismutase(SOD)treated group and anisodine compound(AC)treated group,how-ever,the amplitude was gradually decreased with the passage of time in control group(P<0.01).The results by fluorescin fundus angiography(FFA)and by direct ophthalmoscopywere consistent with the results of ROG in the control group 15 days after irradiation.withrespect to Electroretinography(ERG)b-waves had no changes in the three groups,however,the a-waves had a slight injury in all three groups and there were recovery tendencies 15 daysafter irradiation.The effects of AC on the radiated retinopathy were as the same as those ofSOD.SOD is a scavenger of peroxyfree radicals(0),therefore the AC might also have a func-tion of scavenger of 0.In addtion,ROG is even more sensitive than ERG in the experimentof radiated retinopathy.
