摘要 电离辐射作用于生物体所产生的自由基,既损伤核酸(尤其是DNA),也损伤生物膜。生物膜的主要成分是磷脂含有不饱和脂肪酸,后者受到电离辐射的直接或间接损伤,产生脂类过氧化物及其分解产物丙二醛(malonaialdehyde,MDA),造成膜脂质损伤。因此MDA 含量升高间接地反映自由基参予了组织损伤过程。为了了解快中子辐射性视网膜损伤后,视网膜SOD 与MDA The eyes of rabbit received 0.0125 GY single exposure dose of fast neutron from AmeBe neutron source.36 animals were radomly divided into three groups,SOD-treated group,Compound anisodine-treated group and control group.Increasing of SOD activities and de-creasing of MDA amounts in both the serum and the retina were noticed in the two treatedgroups after irradiation.On the contrary,the amounts of MDA in the serum and the retinaincreased.The data reported here indicated that the curative effects of both compound aniso-dine and SOD on the radiated retionpathy were remarked.Statistical differences between thetreated groups and the control group were highly significant (p<0.01),but there were notdifferences between the two treated groups (p>0.05).SOD is a scavenger of peroxy free rad-ical so to increase the activity of SOD can reduce or avoid the tissue injury by free radical andenhance the recovery process.The present study demonstrated that the curative effects ofcompound anisodine on the radiated retpathy were similar to that of SOD,and that compound anlsodine could increase the activity of SOD and reduce the amount of MDA as well.
