摘要
大学毕业生就业市场中存在着的信息不对称是当前毕业生就业困难的重要原因之一 ,因为它所引起的逆向选择和道德风险会加大交易成本 ,降低市场效率 ,制约就业市场的发展 ,对毕业生的就业产生破坏性的作用。因此 ,我们必须采取有效措施消除信息不对称所带来的不利影响 ,才能使毕业生的就业问题得以顺利解决。
Asymmetric information in the labor market of graduates is one of the most important reasons why the graduates get jobs so difficultly.Adverse selectio n and moral hazard resulted from asymmetric information will increase the cost of transaction,decrease the efficiency,and handicap the development of labor market,therefore have native influences on graduate employment.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary for us to take effective measures to eliminate negative influence arising from asymmetric information in labor market of graduates.
