摘要
采用TCA、LTCA及弹性理论综合分析的方法研究了接触路径对弧齿锥齿轮接触应力的影响,利用有限元应力影响矩阵法分析了齿根弯曲应力状态,实验测定了接触路径倾斜度不同的弧齿锥齿轮的齿根弯曲应力。数值仿真与实验都证明,通过倾斜接触路径得到的高重合度弧齿锥齿轮齿面载荷分布合理,在强度方面具有明显的优越性。
Synuhesized TCA, LTCA and Elastic Me-chanics, the contact stress on spiral bevel gears of highercontact ratio are investigated. Based on the stress effectmatrix of the finite element method, the bending stressstates at the tooth root are analyzed. The bending stress-es at the tooth roots are tested on different contact ratiospiral bevel gears. The results prove that the higher con-tact ratio spiral bevel gears designed by the methods ofinclining the contact path possess obviously more advan-tages than the conventional ones in the sides of distribu-tion and strength.
