摘要
本文以一组协调运动方程为基础,导出了受轴向力作用下转子──轴承系统横向振动的传递矩阵。该传递矩阵包括了转动惯量、陀螺效应、横向剪力以及轴向力对转轴横向振动的影响。轴向力可以是常力或分布力。与传统的传递矩阵法相比,本文导出的传递矩阵是质量分布型,即特性相同的轴段不论多长均可以处理成一个单元,从而大大地降低了传递矩阵的数目,提高了计算速度和精度。用本文提出的方法,不仅可以求得系统的固有频率、振型、动态响应,还可以模拟轴上各点的涡动轨迹。
Based on the consistent equations of motion of rotating Timoshenko shafts subject to axial loads, an improved trasnsfer matrix is developed in this paper which includes the effects of rotary inertia, gyroscopic, transverse shear and axial loads. The axial load may either be constant or distributed along the shaft. Compare with traditional ones,the developed method is continuous representation, that is, a uniform shaft segment may be treated as only one element in spite of its length. Hence, the number of transfer matrix is decreased greatly. Using this method not only the natural frequencies, mode shapes, dynamic responses but also the whirl orbits of the rotor system can be obtained.
