摘要
以提高齿轮建模和分析效率为目标,基于APDL语言对有限元软件ANSYS进行二次开发,建立了一对斜齿轮副参数化建模程序,对该齿轮副进行接触应力分析,获得了齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力分布规律,通过与传统CAD/CAE齿轮分析方法对比,验证了该方法在齿轮建模和有限元分析中具有相同精度的同时,能够提高分析效率.
In order to improve the efficiency of the gear's modeling and analysis,a parametric modeling program of a pair of helical gear was established through the secondary development of ANSYS with APDL.Then we analyzed the contact stress and obtained the distribution of the tooth surface's contact stress and the tooth root's bending stress.Finally,compared with the traditional CAD/CAE method,it validated that this method had the same accuracy in gear's modeling and finite element analysis,but it was more efficient.
