摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定虎杖片中白藜芦醇甙和大黄素的含量。该方法简便、准确、快速,适宜于工厂生产质量控制分析。回归方程分别为y=0.0288+0.3051X和y=-0.0057+0.0479X,相关系数分别为0.9994和0.9976。
The contents of Polydatin and Emodin of Huzhang tablet are measured by UV.The simple and accurate method is adapt to the process of produce.The linear equation of differential spectrophotometry is y=0.0288+0.3051X and y=0.0479X-0.0057,and the coefficient is 0.9994 and 0.9976.
