摘要
向聚丙烯 (PP)中加入 0 1%的 β晶型成核剂 ,经过双螺杆挤出机造粒 ,制得 β晶型聚丙烯。结果表明 :β晶型聚丙烯的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度可达 3 8kJ/m2 ,力学性能指标达到汽车保险杠的要求。并通过注射时加入碳酸钙刚性粒子增韧母粒的方法 ,解决了
