摘要
本文用偏光显微镜(PLM)和DSC表征了少量氧化钇超微粉填充聚丙烯的结晶行为.PLM结果表明,加入Y_2O_3超微粉能够改变聚丙烯晶型,促进生成部分β晶;等温结晶及熔融行为结果表明,Y_2O_3可大大提高PP的结晶速率;匀速降温结晶结果表明Y_2O_3提高了PP的起始和终了结晶温度,这都说明,氧化钇超微粉对PP的α晶和β晶均有明显的成核作用.
The crystallizing behavior of yttrium oxide (Y2O3) filled isotatic polypropylene (IPP) was characterized by means of polarizing microscope (PLM) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The result of PLM showed that the addition of yttrium oxide could change the crystal form of IPP, helping to form β-form crystalline. The result of DSC showed yttrium oxide could increase the crystallization rate and temperature of IPP, which showed yttrium oxide acted as the nucleator for both α-form and β-form crystals of IPP.
