摘要
研究了自制的 β晶型成核剂用量对聚丙烯力学性能的影响 ,并对 β晶型聚丙烯进行了广角X射线衍射分析。结果表明 :添加 0 5%的 β晶型成核剂 ,使一般聚丙烯的晶型发生了转变 ,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量有所下降 ,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高 4倍以上 ,断裂伸长率提高 ,适合于制造各种聚丙烯增韧制品。
The influences of the amounts of β crystalline form nucleation agent on the mechanical properties of polypropylene had been studied ,and the β crystalline form polypropylene samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the crystalline form of polypropylene was transformed and the Izod notched impact strength was increased by more than four times due to adding appropriate amounts of β crystalline form nucleation agent.
