摘要
在铜-铬系催化剂上,助剂钙的加入使催化剂由表相到体相Cu_2,对Cr_(2p)的相对含量变得比较均匀,研究了制备时pH值和煅烧温度对催化剂性能的影响,较佳的pH为4—6,煅烧温度为250—350℃。同时还考察了糠醛气相加氢工艺条件对糠醛转化率和糠醇收率的影响,选出了较佳的反应温度、负荷、氢醛摩尔比等。
In this paper the gas phase turfural hydrogenation is studied using Cubased catalyst under, normal pressure, Calcium support causes the relative contents of Cu and Cr become well-distributed throughout the catalytic surfaee and bulk phase. The influence ot pH and calcination temperature on catalytic activity and selectivity was studied using a bench-scale reactor. Suitable preparation conditions for the catalyst are pit 4—6 and calcination temperature 250—350℃. Besides, the reaction conditions influence both the yield and selectivity of furfuryl alcohol. Suitable reaction temperatue, loading and H-2/furiural molar ratio are found.
