摘要
得到了糠醛气相加氢制 2 -甲基呋喃催化剂的最佳沉淀法制备条件 :沉淀温度 10 0℃ ;Cr、Cu质量比 0 .6 2 ;Ba的质量含量 0 .6 % ;Ca的质量含量 2 .7% ;沉淀溶液 pH值为 6。对催化剂失活原因进行了分析 。
The optimum preparation condition of catalyst used in preparing 2-methylfuran from furfural by gas-phase hydrogenation is obtained, depositing temperature is 100℃;mass ratio of Cr to Cu is 0.62; mass content of Ba is 0.6%; mass content of Ca is 2.7%; pH of solution is 6. It is found that recrystallization of active constituent copper is the reason of inactivation of catalyst.
