摘要
研制了一种新型糠醛气相加氢制糠醇的负载型无铬铜基催化剂 ,并研究了铜含量、不同助剂以及反应条件对催化剂性能的影响 .发现助剂钾的加入使得该催化剂在反应温度 433K、氢醛比为 8和常压的条件下 ,糠醛转化率大于98% ,糠醇的选择性大于 99% .
In this paper, a novel chromium free copper base catalyst is prepared for the gas phase hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol. The effects of copper contents, of different promoters and reactive conditions, on the catalytic reactivity were studied. It is found that the conversion of furfural is more than 98% and the selectivity of furfuryl alcohol is more than 99% under the conditions of potassium promoted catalyst added in at 433 K, H 2/furfural ratio at 1atm pressure.
