摘要 糠醛常压气相加氢制糠醇催化剂CuCrK/γ┐Al2O3殷恒波申延明高丽萍赵秉乾张振祥(沈阳化工学院化工系,沈阳110021)关键词铜,铬,钾,氧化铝,负载型催化剂,糠醛加氢,糠醇糠醛加氢制糠醇工艺分中高压(180~220℃,6.0~12.0MPa)液... CuCrK/ γ Al 2O 3 catalysts ( φ 2 5×2 5 ̄3 5 mm) were prepared by impregnation method. The conversion of furfural was more than 0 985 and the selectivity for furfuryl alcohol more than 0 985 under the reaction duration 984 h, corresponding to the loading amount of 0 08 g furfural per gram catalyst per hour, temperature 130 ̄209℃ and atmospheric pressure. The reason for deactivation was that polymer covered the catalyst surface. During oxidizing regeneration, oxygen and polymer reacted to form furfural and furfuryl alcohol below 200℃ and carbon dioxide and water in the range of 200 ̄320℃. Most Cu 0 in the catalyst was not oxidized.
