摘要
测定了用井冈霉素A处理后3、7、14和21天后盆栽水稻植株的海藻糖酶、内切几丁酶和内切β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性。结果表明,药剂处理后14天内水稻植株体内的海藻糖酶活性明显比对照(清水处理)下降;内切几丁酶的活性一直比对照明显增高;内切β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性在药剂处理后第3天最高,之后逐渐下降。海藻糖酶活性下降、内切几丁酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性动态增高的结果与盆栽水稻叶面药剂处理控制纹枯病的效果和持续时间相吻合。这为揭示井冈霉素的作用机理和深入理解农用抗生素的作用方式提供了新的线索。
Activity of trehalase in rice plants treated with 50μg/ml Jinggangmycin-A( J-A) was significantly lower than that of untreated plants whithin 14 days and recovered normal after 21 days. Activity of endo-chitinase in rice plants treated by J-A kept significantly higher compared with untreated control until 21st day, moreover the endo-β-1,3- glucanase activity reached the highest level at 3rd day after J-A spraying on plants, then the activity declined gradually. The result showed that there was the high activities of endo- chitinase,β-1,3- glucanase and the low activity of trehalase between treated and untreated rice at the same time, which was identical with control effect against rice sheath blight in greenhouse. The finding of this study provided a cue to reveal mechanisms of J-A and realization of the new mode of action of antibiotic compounds.
