硅酸盐诱导黄瓜系统抗病中主要酶活性的变化 被引量:1

Changes in Main Enzymes Activities of the Systemic Resistance of Cucumber Induced by K_2SiO_3

摘要 采用水培法,研究了K2SiO3对黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)幼苗叶片中几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性的影响。结果表明:黄瓜易感白粉病品种ZJ02-09幼苗第2叶喷施20mmol/LK2SiO3溶液之后,叶片中几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性明显升高,并诱导第3、4片叶中几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性增强,从而抵制以后白粉菌(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)的侵入。喷施20mmol/LK2SiO3溶液能安全、有效地诱导黄瓜抵抗白粉病。 The effects of K2SiO3 on the activity of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase of cucumber seedlings were studied in a solution culture system. The results showed that spraying the surface of the 2nd true leaf of cucumber ZJ02-09 susceptible to powdery mildew with 20 mmol·L-1 K2SiO3 effectively enhanced the ac- tivities of chitinase and 13-1,3-glucanase, and induced the activities of chitinase and 13-1,3-glucanase to increase in leaf 3 and 4. Thus these leaves could resist powdery mildew caused by Sphaerotheca fuliginea. Our research suggested that the activities of chitinase and 13-1,3-glucanase are related to induced systemic resistance of cucumber plant. Spraying the leaf with 20 mmol·L^-1 K2SiO3 could induce systemic resistance to powdery mildew safely and effectively.
