钙结合蛋白Parvalbumin(小白蛋白)及其在中枢神经系统中的分布 被引量:10

摘要 钙离子具有多种生理作用。诸如肌肉兴奋—收缩偶联、糖原代谢、神经冲动传递、递质释放以及细胞分裂等各种生物学过程莫不依赖钙离子参与。钙离子与环磷酸腺苷一样被称为第二信使,它的作用是通过细胞内具有钙离子亲合力的钙结合蛋白来实现的,钙结合蛋白与钙离子的结合可将钙离子所携带的生物信息转化为生物效应,如肌钙蛋白C与钙离子结合后引起肌肉收缩,人们较为熟悉的钙调蛋白具有广泛的生物学意义。
