摘要
家兔阑尾(B细胞)、肠系膜淋巴结(T、B细胞)、脾脏(T、B细胞)和中性粒细胞胞浆中,分别含12、4、15和7种钙结合蛋白(CaBP),且均含120.2和40.5KD CaBP。被检免疫细胞富含小分子CaBP。钙调素(CaM)的含量是:阑尾B细胞>淋巴结淋巴细胞>脾脏淋巴细胞>中性粒细胞。
Crude extracts preparated from rabbit appendix(B cell), mesenteric lymph node (T, B cell) , spleen (T, B cell) and preitoneal neutrophils contained 12, 24, 15 and 7 species of calcium-binding proteins (CaBPs) repectively. All immunocytes detected had two CaBPs with molecular weight 120.2 and 40.5KD and were rich in small molecular weight CaBPs. Calmodulin (CaM) content was in the order of appendix >lymph node >spleen >neutrophils.
