摘要
从人胎肝分离得到金属硫蛋白两种亚型(CdBPⅠ和CdBPⅡ)。研究发现人胎肝中金属硫蛋白的含量较高(1.0~1.3mg/克肝重),且可能随胎龄增长发生某种变化。CdBPⅠ的氨基酸成份分析结果表明,该蛋白中半胱氨酸约占1/3,随后依次是丝氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸等,未发现有芳香族氨基酸和组氨酸。并对CdBPⅠ和CdBPⅡ的分子量、金属离子结合能力和紫外吸收光谱等物理化学性质进行了初步研究。
Two highly purified isoforms of metallothionein(CdBP I and CdBPⅡ)were isolated from human fetus liver.The metallothionein level in human fetus liver was found much high,about 1.0-1.3mg per gram of the liver.The amino acid composition analysis indicated that cysteine took about one third of the weight of CdBP I,and erine,lysine and lutamate succe-sively followed.And aromatic acids and histidine were not found in the pro-tein.The molecular weight,the metal-binding capacity and the UV absorp-tion spectra of CdBP Ⅰ and CdBP Ⅱ were also studied.
