摘要
根据铝型材挤压模具早期开裂失效形式 ,对模具进行了强度校核 ,并通过化学成分、显微组织及断口分析等试验方法 ,对模具材料进行分析 ,探讨了模具早期失效的原因 ,并提出了改进建议。
According to early crack failure forms of the extrusion die for the aluminum profiles, the die strengths were checked. And through the tests on the chemical and composition, microstructure and the fracture feature analysis, and through the analysis of the die material, the reason of the early failure of the die was discussed, and the improving proposals were put forward.
