摘要
通过硬度和金相分析,研究了热处理工艺对模具材料H13钢(4Cr5MoSiV1)的组织与力学性能的影响,并分析了热处理后的试样缺陷。结果表明,H13钢经1050℃×200s+(560 ̄600)℃×2h回火,可使其硬度达到较佳的使用范围(48 ̄52HRC);采用同样的回火工艺进行二次回火后,其组织更加稳定和均匀,且硬度适中。
The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of H13 steel were studied by means of hardness and metaUographic experiments and defects analyzing. The results show that the hardness of H13 steel may reach the optimum use range (48-52 HRC) after quenching at 1 050℃×200 s, then cooling in warm water (50-60℃) and tempering at 560-600℃ for 2h .After secondary tempering on the condition of the same tempering process, this material may obtain more homogeneous and stable microstructure and proper hardness.
