摘要
介绍了改进H13钢的冶炼方法和合理的锻造工艺来保证模具用材的要求,适宜的热处理工艺确保H13钢具有良好的综合力学性能,正确的操作方法更利于提高其使用寿命,冶炼、锻造、热处理、使用等重要环节相互结合,可以有效提高H13钢在压铸模上的使用寿命。
The improvement on the smelting process and forging technique for die steel H13 was presented. Appropriate heat treatment technique can ensure the steel with good integrated mechanical properties. Feasible process in terms of the smelting, forging, heat treatment and application can effectively extend the service life of die steel H13.
