摘要
采用理论分析与实验研究相结合的方法,分析归纳气门锻模的失效形式与原因,探讨并提出提高模具寿命的有效措施。经应用试验表明,所采取的措施效果显著,提高了模具的综合性能。
By a combination of theoretic analysis and experimental research, forms and reasons for losing efficacy of valve forging die are analyzed in this paper. Effective measures for improving life of dies are discussed and put forward. Test results show that measures adopted are remarkable in effect, which improve comprehensive performances of dies.
