摘要
根据实事求是的思想，指出了目前医疗卫生改革中出现的一些认识误区，论述了在医疗卫生事业改革中，必须坚持实事求是，从社会主义初级阶段的国情出发，正确理解“基本卫生保障”的内涵和人们预防医疗保健需求的增加。
According to the theory of being practical and realistic, the author stated that in the present medical care reform, hospitals must have a rational comprehension of 'basic hygienic guarantee' and the increase of the public needs for health care. The article further pointed out that regional hygienic layout must be devised and sanitation laws must be implemented effectively so that the general goal of medical care reform can be obtained.
