摘要
目的:评价几种新型降压药物在抗高血压治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法:综合近几年国内外文献进行分析。结果与结论:新型降压药物治疗高血压疗效好,不良反应小,且可减少冠心痛等并发症的发生,全面改善患者的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of newly-developed hypotensors in treatment of hypertensive .METHODS Scientific literature,published in China in recent years, was reviewed and analysed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: In the treatment of hypertensive, newly-developed hypotensors are satisfactory in therapeutic efficacy and slight in ARDs,and can reduce the occurrence of complications such as coronary cardiopathy and improve the patients' quality of life in an all-round way.
