摘要
目的观察非洛地平缓释片联合替米沙坦联用治疗高血压患者的疗效。方法将108例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予口服非洛地平缓释片5 mg,1次/d口服,替米沙坦40 mg,1次/d,疗程为8周。对照组只口服替米沙坦,剂量方法同观察组,两组疗程结束后对治疗结果进行比较。结果观察组患者平均收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前显著下降,其显效时间比对照组快,总有效率比对照组高。结论非洛地平缓释片联合替米沙坦治疗高血压疗效好,不良反应少,安全有效。
Objective Observe the efficacy of felodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension patients.Methods 108 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The observation group was given felodipine 5 mg,1 time/d orally,combined with telmisartan 40 mg,1 time/d,while the control group was only given,the course of treatment was 8 weeks.Telmisartan.The therapeutic result was compared after the end of treatment.Results Compared with pretherapy,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group decreased markedly and the effect of the treatment was fast,the total effective rate was higher.The two groups have the same of dosage method.Conclusion Felodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension is safe and effective,with fewer adverse reactions.
