摘要
详细叙述“双星快速定位通信系统”中的高精密授时定时基本原理和方法,分析演示试验结果和系统定时精度,初步讨论“双星”系统用于高精密时间服务的几个基本问题。
In this paper, the high precise timing methods in Two Satellites Quick Positioning and Communication System are described in detail and a concept of High Precision Time Service System is presented. Besides, some problems about establishment of High Precision Time Service System In China are analysed preliminarily.
