摘要
无论就国际还是国内而言,也绝不只限于天文、计量等有限领域,精密时间工作以其极高的精度和广泛的途径提供的时间座标已使得生活、工作在科学技术高度发展着的今天而必须以四维空间概念考虑问题的人们深切感受到它的不可缺少和无处不在。科学研究和技术领域对时间座标和高稳定振荡源两方面的要求,新理论、新技术、新器件、新材料的发展提供的可能和促进,使得精密时间、时间传播和应用已形成一门综合性很强的交叉学科。
People who works in the field of time and frequency can see and feel clearly that the development of precise time and time dissemination—PTTD, is going so rapidly, as well as its wide applications. It is used everywhere in many aspects of our daily life and scientific research work. The author feels great honoured to present an overview in this paper for current main development in PTTD, and at the same time place great hopes for the future.
