摘要
通过分析IEEE1588 V2的特点,提出了支持IEEE1588 V2同步标准的全数字化保护系统组网测试方案。该方案针对网格型接线变电站的数字化保护系统设计,选用保护智能电子设备,建立网格角母线保护柜、馈线差动和距离保护柜、变压器高压/低压侧保护柜;提出以太网交换机的过程层应用方案,利用保护测试仪的时间码转换接口与上述以太网交换机配合完成时间同步。冗余时间源机制提高了过程层采样值时间同步的可靠性和准确性。
The characteristics of IEEE1588 V2 are analyzed and a test scheme is proposed for the pure digital protection system supporting the synchronization standard of IEEE1588 v2,whieh is designed for the mesh substation protection system. The protective intelligent electronic devices are adopted to configure the mesh corner bus protection cabinet,the feeder cmwent differential/distance protection cabinets and the transformer low/high voltage side protection cabinets. The application scheme of process level based on Ethernet switch is proposed and the time synchronization is implemented by the cooperation of the time code interface of protection tester and the Ethernet switch. The redundant time source mechanism improves the reliability and accuracy of time synchronization for the samplings in process level.
