摘要
介绍一种利用全球导航定位系统（ＧＰＳ），实现电厂数据采集与监控系统高精密时间同步的基本原理，给出了系统级的时间同步算法描述和装置级的时钟同步技术。
In this paper, the fundamental principle of the high precise time synchronication in the SCADA system by GPS is introduced. The time synchronization algorithm in the system level and the clock synchronization technique in the device level are given.
