摘要
目的 探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳术后并发症的处理及预防。方法 对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳术后 12 0例并发症进行统计、分类和分析。结果 硬结为 75例 (占 6 2 .5 % )、胸大肌下凝胶滞留为 11例 (占 9.2 % )、感染为 5例 (占 4 .2 % )、血肿为 8例 (占 6 .7% )、胸大肌炎为 8例 (占 6 .7% )、创伤性无菌炎症为 4例 (占 3.3% )、双侧乳房不对称为 6例 (占 5 .0 % )、其他并发症为 3例 (占 2 .5 % )。经治疗 119/12 0例患者达到满意的效果。结论 聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术的并发症易于处理治愈 。
Objective To study the management and prevention of the complications of augmentation mammoplasty by injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel. Methods Analying of 120 cases complications of augmentation mammopasty by polyacrylamide hydrogel injection. Results Hard nodule in 75 cases (62.5%), gel retained in pectoralis major 11 cases (9.2%), infection 5 cases (4.2%), hematoma 8 cases (6.7%), myositis of pectoralis major 8 cases (6.7%), traumatic inflammation 4 cases (3.3%), asymmetry 6 cases (5.0%), and others 3 cases (2.5%). After treatment, the complications of 119/120 cases were cured with satisfactory results. Conclusion It is simple and easy to handle the complications of augmentation mammoplasty by polyacrylamide hydrogel injection. Suitable prevention can decrease the rate of complication.
