摘要
目的 探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症发生原因及防治方法 ,提高注射隆乳术的成功率。方法 回顾 82 3例注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳术 ,分析并发症出现的原因及阐述防治措施。结果 82 3例中的并发症分别为 :单发或多发结节 12例 ,血肿 2例 ,无菌性炎症 6例 ,胸大肌炎 4例 ,凝胶疝出 2例。并发症总数为 2 6例 ,发生率为 3.16%。结论 正确的操作方法以及必要的术后护理和按摩 ,可以有效的防止或减少并发症的发生 ;一旦出现并发症 ,及时正确的处理 。
Objective To inquire into the causes why the postoperative complications of augmentation mammoplasty by injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) took place ,and the means by which preventive treatment could raise the success rate of augmentation mammoplasty. Methods Reviewing 823 cases who had accepted the augmentation mammoplasty by injecting PAHG, we analyzed the causes that the postoperative complication took place and elaborated the means of prevention and treatment. Results Of 823 cases, 26 had the postoperative complications, including 12 cases of simple or multiple nodes, 2 hematoma, 6 aseptic inflammation, 4 inflammation of pectoralis major muscular and 2 hydrogel hernia. Conclusions Correct method of operation and necessary postoperative nursing and massage can avoid or reduce effectively the postoperative complications.When complications take place, a satisfactory result can be achieved with timely and correct treatment in the most of the patients.
