优势学科群建设是大型综合性医院建设工作中的一个重要课题,并日益成为医院管理者面临的紧迫任务。作者从大型综合性医院优势学科群建设的意义,大型综合性医院优势学科群建设基本构想以及大型综合性医院优势学科群建设要把握的几个关系这3个方面论述了如何进行大型综合性医院优势学科群建设。
Construction of groups of superior specialties in an important topic in the construction of large general hospitals and has increasingly become an urgent task for hospital administrators. The author discusses ways of constructing groups of superior specialties in large general hospitals from three perspectives, including the significance and the basic idea of the construction, and a number of relationships that need to be properly handled in the construction.
