摘要
综合性医院建设与发展的核心内容是学科人才建设,本文介绍了笔者所在医院“十五”以来学科人才建设的主要做法和成效,并提出了下一步学科人才建设思路:统一一个认识,处理好三个关系,突出五项重点。
Subject and talent development are the crucial content in large scale hospital. In this article, the author introduced the methods and effect of subject and talent development in the hospital where the author served in. The idea about next subject and talent development also were listed, which include establishing one cognition, dealing with three relationships, grasping five emphases.
